Manufacturing Capability

The company operates a 50,000 m² production base spanning R&D and design, product testing, smart manufacturing, and simulation. Lines include more than twenty cylindrical-cell battery PACK automated lines, prismatic-cell battery PACK automated lines, and semi-automated lines.

DC Cell Sorter

Developed for domestic cell manufacturers, this equipment supports 18650 and 21700 lithium cells. It features MES integration, automatic loading and unloading, combined DC and AC internal-resistance testing, and automatic face-pad handling, among other capabilities.

Vacuum Automatic Metering & Potting Machine

Built to meet IP67/IP68 waterproofing requirements for battery packs. It is used for underwater robotics, water-sports equipment, and specialty industrial batteries. The system offers dual material drums, automatic heating, mixing, degassing, flow monitoring, vibration, and potting under vacuum down to 100 kPa.

Technology Test Center

A dedicated high-performance lithium-ion power module test center supports the following programs:
Electrical: capacity, rate capability, cycle life
Environmental: high/low temperature, temperature–humidity cycling, thermal shock
Safety: overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, crush, and more

Digital Traceability System

MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) enable full data traceability from cell loading to finished-goods shipment. Each battery pack carries a unique identity; production data is collected automatically and quality records are fully traceable.
